APC is specialized in the consulting in order to find the appropriate polymer selection for your application. In close cooperation with you we develop customer specific thermoplastic materials solutions which can be processed in-house on our co-rotating twin-screw extruder.
APC was founded in 2002 as a spin-off of the Department Chemistry of Polymeric Materials at the University of Leoben. Due to this fact there are still close contacts to the University of Leoben and other academic institutions, like the Graz University of Technology, the Polymer Competence Centre Leoben or the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Therefore APC continuously has access to the newest developments and technologies and is able to transform your innovations into ready-to-market products.
The core competence of APC lies in the field of reactive modification (impact modification, fibre reinforcement) of engineering plastics like polyamides or polyester.
